A:We provide 12 months limited warranty forour products, covering critical parts like motor, gear box. Free spare parts will be sent for replacement if the critical parts break down during normal operation. Quick-worn parts like threading dies, cutting blades are not subjectto the warranty policy.
Q:Can i have my own LOGO on products?
A:Yes, every client can has their own LOGO on the products. Please prepare a PDF file of your logo and discuss the details with our sales before you place orders. It may involve the MOQ for different dies, please consult the details with our sales. For famous brands, we will need authorization to proceed
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: We can provide free sample for evaluation.According to our company policy, we will charge the sample fee first and refundthe cost in later firm orders.
Q: What payment terms you accpet？
T/T is suitable for both small and largequantity orders and it is commonly acceptable type. USD50 bank charge should be charged for each order below USD 5000 in total amount. We have tax refund with this method so the unit prices of the cargo should be a little bit better than cash transaction.
PayPal,Western Union, Money Gram are cash transaction.
